How should I store my product?To keep your products in the best condition, store them in a cool, dry place away from sunlight. Avoid storing them in places with high humidity, such as bathrooms, as this may affect the product’s quality.

How often can I use or should I use my body cream?We recommend applying the body cream daily as it will make your skin the softest it has ever been. Gently massage it into your skin, especially after a shower or bath, when your skin is most receptive to moisture.

Can I use the body cream on my face?Our body cream is specifically formulated for the body, and we recommend using it as directed. For facial care, we suggest using products that are specifically designed for the delicate skin on your face.

Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?Our products are made with natural, organic & gentle ingredients. However, we always recommend doing a patch test before use, especially if you have sensitive skin. Avoid our products entirely if you have any allergies to one or multiple ingredients, we refer to the product’s ingredient list for potential allergens! If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a dermatologist. Please read our important disclaimer on our product's page before purchasing.

How long do your products last?Generally, our body creams last about 6 - 12 months when stored properly (in a cool, dry place).

Do you use preservatives in your products?We use tocopherol (pure vitamin E), and it acts as a natural preservative, it helps prevent oxidation and prolongs the shelf life of our products by protecting the formula from going rancid.

Can I track my order?Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, we only offer standard shipping so every order will be able to be tracked, no worry!

How long will it take to receive my order?We aim to ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days, we do our best but it could get prolonged during busier times, you will definitely be informed through our socials when that becomes the case. For the delivery time, it solely depends on your location, it is written under the selected shipping option during checkout when you have entered your adress.

Don't be discouraged if your country isn't on the list; we aim to ship internationally down the line. Definitely stay updated!
