As soon as your order is ready, it will be shipped. A confirmation email is sent to you right away. During busier periods, it may take a bit longer to ship your order. While we strive for efficiency, we never compromise on the quality of service, and every order receives the same level of attention.
We only offer Standard Shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the email address used for your order, which will include your tracking number.
Customs Duties & Taxes for International Orders
If you're an international customer (outside EU), please be aware that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs office, and you’ll be notified by email or text message if any are applicable. Pre-Orders
When you place a pre-order on our website, please note that the shipping timeline may be extended as the item is prepared specifically for you. While we strive to complete orders as efficiently as possible, we cannot provide an exact shipping date in advance as it depends upon production, amount of pre-orders, etc... We’ll keep you updated every step of the way, and you can rest assured that your order will be prioritized for delivery as soon as it becomes available! We thank you for your patience.
